一、摄影大赛背景

       为献礼广西壮族自治区成立60周年，来自不同国家的桂电留学生们，用自己的镜头记录在广西的生活。

Background：
In order to celebrate the 60th anniversary for the establishment of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, students from different countries recorded their lives in Guangxi with their cameras.

一、摄影大赛主题：
魅力广西，美丽桂电

Theme：
The charm of Guangxi and the beauty of GUET


三、摄影大赛内容：
       每位桂电留学生们都有发现广西魅力的双眼，留学生们用最真实的定格画面留下在桂电、广西的回忆与记录。作品要求以捕捉身边能表现“美丽桂电，魅力广西”活动主题、积极向上的内容均可参赛。可以参考以下内容：

1.
生态广西。展现广西山清水秀生态美，反映人与自然和谐相处。

2.
风情广西。展现广西民族团结和睦和绚丽多彩的民俗风情。

3.
人文广西。展现广西悠久的历史和灿烂的文化。

4.
开放广西。展现广西经济社会发展的成就和广西积极参与“一带一路”建设取得的成效。

5.
我与广西。留学生与广西的故事。


Content:
Every international students from GUET can find the charm of Guangxi, and the students use the truest pictures of the fixed frame to leave the memories and records of the GUET and Guangxi. Works are required to capture activities theme and positive content around “the charm of Guangxi and the beauty of GUET”, you can refer to the following:

1.
Ecological Guangxi：To show the ecological beauty of Guangxi and reflect the harmony between human and nature.

2.
Custom of Guangxi：To show the unity, harmony and the colorful customs of Guangxi.

3.
Humanistic Guangxi：To show the glorious history and the splendid culture of Guangxi.

4.
Open Guangxi: To show the achievements of Guangxi’s economic and social development and the successful construction of “Belt and Road” for active participation.

5.
Guangxi and I: To show the stories of international students at Guangxi.


四、作品征集时间
2018年4月至2018年6月15日。

Time:
April to June 15, 2018

五、参与办法
      填写报名表。通过“桂电留学生之家”微信公众号通知下载报名表，填写详细个人资料，上传作品到指定邮箱 guetfpc@163.com。

Participated method:
Fill out the application form. Download the form through the “桂电留学生之家”Official Wecat Account, and fill in the personal data, uploading the work to the designated email guetfpc@163.com.

六、评选方法
       作品评选将本着公开、公正、公平的原则，采用专家评选的方式进行；

Selection method:
The selection of works will be made basing on the principles of openness, justice and fairness, using the method of expert selection.

七、评选标准

1.
原创性：参赛作品创意新颖，具备创造力，不存在抄袭与作弊。

2.
独特性：作品融合了创作者对广西生活的观察以及丰富的想象力，具备鲜明的个性，令人印象深刻。

3.
契合性：作品与比赛主题契合，表现力强。

Selection criteria:


1.
Originality: there is no plagiarism and cheating, and works should be more creative.

2.
Uniqueness: works should combine the author’s observation of Guangxi life and the rich imagination, with distinctive personality and impressiveness.

3.
Compatibility: works should fit the theme and have strong expressivenss.

九、奖项设置

1.
一等奖（金镜头奖）：1名，将获得300元的奖金、作品将有幸刊登在校园网页、校报及学院网页上。

2.
二等奖：3名，将获得200元的奖金，作品将有幸刊登在校园网页、校报及学院网页上。

3.
三等奖：5名，将获得100元的奖金，作品将有幸刊登在校园网页、校报及学院网页上。

4.
优秀奖（入围奖）：评出15名入围作品，作品不分主题，将直接进入年终大奖的评选，同时将获得纪念品。
备注：参赛者不能重复获奖，同时获得多个奖项的，将以大奖为准，其余奖项将自动顺延给该奖项的下一名。

Award items

1.
The first prize (Golden lens Award) of one people who will be awarded 300 yuan, and whose work will have the honor to be published on the school website, the school newspaper and the college homepage.

2.
The second prize of 3 people who will be awarded 200 yuan, and whose work will have the honor to be published on the school website, the school newspaper and the college homepage.

3.
The second prize of 5 people who will be awarded 100 yuan, and whose work will have the honor to be published on the school website, the school newspaper and the college homepage.

4.
Excellence prize (nominee prize) of 15 people whose work will be directly got into the final awards selection and the author will receive the souvenirs.
Note: the contestant can not be awarded the prize repeatedly. And the one only receive the grand prize if he or she win multiple awards at the same time, and the rest of the awards will be automatically postponed to the next one.



十、征集作品要求

1.
作品要求表现内容健康、积极向上、生动活泼、有时代感和独创精神，具体形式和数量不限。作品不能危害国家安全和社会稳定，不能涉及黄色、暴力、不能涉及和损害他人隐私等内容。违规作品将被取消活动资格。

2.
作品规格：上传作品可分为单幅作品或组照，彩色、黑白不限。照片电子文件请提供JPEG格式，并用简单的文字讲述作品背后的故事（不超过50字），每幅照片尺寸长边不得低于2000像素，分辨率为300dpi。（合成及拼接照片，以及其他增加或删减影像内容等影响作品真实性的照片不予参选）

Requirements for collection of the works

1.
The content of the work have to be healthy, positive, and lively, requiring sense of the times and originality. Works can not endanger the national security and social stability, and can not involve the obscene, violent content. Moreover, the works can not involve the content that damage other people's privacy. The illegal works will be canceled.

2.
Work specifications: upload works can be the single or group, colorful, or black-and-white. For photo electronic file, please provide JPEG format, and write the stories behind the work in simple words (no more than 50 words). Each picture can not be less than 2000 pixels in length, and its resolution should be 300dpi. (synthetic and spliced photos, and other photos that add or delete the content of the image, which affect the authenticity of the work, will not be selected).


十一、注意事项

1.
征集作品可以通过软件在不改变作品原貌的前提下，做适当的后期处理，但不可进行合成等手法改变作品原貌，例如拼接、删除、修改照片素材。

2.
主办方对活动参与者提交的个人信息,仅在处理本活动相关事宜的必要范围内使用。在没有取得活动参与者同意的前提下，不得向第三人公开、提供相关个人信息。

3.
参加本次征集活动的作品及获奖作品，作者有著作权和署名权，组织方有永久的使用权。主办单位有权将该作品用于展览、宣传、出版等用途。

Attentions

1.
Collection works can be processed by the software without changing the original appearance of the work, but it can not be made by means of synthesis and other techniques to change the original appearance of the works, such as splicing, deleting and modifying the photo material.

2.
The personal information submitted by the participants is only used in the necessary areas for handling the related matters of this activity. Without obtaining the consent of the participants, we shall not disclose or provide personal information to the third party.

3.
The author and the award-winning works participating in this collection activity have the copyright and the right of authorship, and the organizer has the permanent use right.
