　　入选优秀短视频将通过长江国际传媒中心和武汉广播电视台汉新闻客户端、海媒账号Wuhan Plus发布及展映，美联社、美通社、美国福克斯新闻台等全球百家重要媒体平台同步宣传。
　　The selected outstanding short videos will be released and screened through the Changjiang International Media Center,Wuhan Radio and Television Station's official Weibo account,the Han News app and Social media accounts of Wuhan Plus.They will also be aired simultaneously on 100 important media platforms such as the Associated Press,PR Newswire and Fox News Station in the United States.
　　活动设参与奖、组织奖、网络人气奖、及金、银、铜奖等，分别给予奖证、奖牌及奖金。
　　There will be participation awards,organization awards,network popularity awards,and gold,silver,and bronze awards,with award certificates,trophies and prize money respectively.
　　金奖1名（奖金1万元）

　　银奖5名（奖金4000元）
　　5 Silver Awards(RMB 4,000)
　　铜奖10名（奖金2000元）

　　作品要求
　　Entry Requirements
　　1、参赛作品须紧紧围绕大赛主题创作，不限形式（包括但不限于微专题片、微纪录片、剧情短片、Vlog短片、动画短片、歌曲MV、才艺展示等），内容表现积极向上，富有艺术感染力。
　　The entries must be created closely around the theme of the competition.The forms include but are not limited to microfeature films,micro-documentaries,short films,Vlog short films,animated short films,music videos,and talent shows.The content should be positive and full of artistic appeal.
　　2、参赛作品时长3分钟以内，1080p及以上分辨率，MP4格式，16：9画幅，文件大小不超过200M，视频画面干净，不带角标、台标、水印或Logo等各类标识。
　　The entries should be less than 3 minutes long,have a resolution of 1080p or above,and be in mp4 16:9 format.The file should be a clean video within 200M,with no superscript,TV signs,watermarks or logos.
　　3、参赛作品仅限中文和英文，须有中、英，或者双语字幕，并提供相应作品说明、创作者介绍（100字左右，中文或英文）。
　　Entries should be in Chinese and English only,with Chinese and/or English subtitles,with the introduction of the production and creator(about 100 words in Chinese or English)to be included.

　　评奖规则及进程
　　Award Evaluation Rules and Process
　　初审后，符合要求的作品将被集中展示和推广。
　　After the preliminary examination,the works that meet the requirements will be displayed and promoted.
　　网络投票排名前20的作品可获得网络人气奖。
　　The top 20 videos in online voting will receive the online popularity award.
　　专家评审团，评选出金银铜奖。评审专家由大赛主办方以及相关领域资深人士、专家学者等共同组成。
　　A panel of experts will select the gold,silver and bronze awards.The judging experts are composed of the competition organizers,senior experts and scholars in related fields.
　　评审结果将通过官方平台发布，并举行颁奖仪式。
　　The review results will be released through the official platform,and the award ceremony will be held.
　　参赛须知
　　Entry Instructions
　　1、投稿人对作品内容的版权所有和真实性负责，并保证投稿作品未参与过其他评选竞赛等活动。如有著作权、商标权、名誉权及其他任何合法权益引起纠纷，投稿人应自行负责处理。投稿人无法有效澄清且处理的，活动主办方有权取消其参与资格。
　　Participants shall be responsible for the copyright ownership and authenticity of the content of the works,and guarantee that the submitted works have not participated in other selection competitions and other activities.If there is any dispute caused by the copyright,trademark rights,right of reputation or any other legitimate rights and interests,the participant shall be responsible for handling the dispute.If the participant fails to effectively clarify and deal with the disputes,the organizer has the right to cancel the participation qualification.
　　2、投稿人向本活动唯一主办方（长江国际传播中心CICC）投稿，即视为同意主办方无条件拥有投稿作品推介、展示、剪辑及其他形式的推广、宣传等权利。
　　Once the participant submits their work to the organizer of this event,the Changjiang International Communication Center(CICC),they are deemed to have agreed unconditionally that the organizer has the right to promote,display and edit the entry and is entitled to other forms of promotion and publicity of the submitted works.
　　3、获奖人员有义务配合完成活动相关宣传推广工作。
　　The winners are obliged to cooperate with the relevant publicity and promotional work of the activity.
　　4、个人所得税需由获奖者自理。
　　Winners take care of their individual income tax.
　　5、本次大赛最终解释权归长江国际传播中心所有。
　　The final interpretation right of this competition belongs to the Changjiang International Communication Center.
