The coronavirus pandemic has changed how we live.What was ordinary just a couple of months ago seems almost unrecognizable.During the pandemic,life of peoples around the globe has been deeply effected in one way or the other.
In the meanwhile,many international students in foreign countries were disturbed due to the abandonment of study activities and become trapped in their home countries.It was extremely difficult time for all those students.I have finalized my research work by working remotely from home and successfully graduated in June 2020.After that i got admission in CUPB again and i was very happy.But still i realized i can’t go back and join university sooner,the condition was still unclear.However,the university started the online classes that helped the students to resume their study activities.Every student who didn’t reach the university yet,still have a hope to join the university soon.

当漫天飞舞的雪花从天空中飘下，无声地落在地上时，冬天也悄无声息的来了。在这个银装素裹的早晨，伴随着如蝴蝶般翩翩起舞的雪花，石大的“白白”苏醒了，它抬起头，穿着洁白的礼服，骄傲地站在中石大中心，用笑容向石大师生展示自己的美丽。它像一个特定的吉祥物在这里迎接冬天的来临，欢迎大家走入它的世界。

What do I miss in CUPB?This answer might be quite longer.
I do miss my friends,their laugh,their warm hugs and sharing hot tea cups.
I do miss the professors,their talk and their support,the writings on the blackboard.
I do miss the sky of summer and the white winter mornings.The leaves changing from green to yellow,the flowers blooming in many colors.
I do miss arriving at my room after a long day,resting by the window,watching the stars from far away.
They move slowly over the campus view,lightning the dark night and the hills of Changping.
Far away from Changping,I stare every night to the same stars.They bring to memory all the good times in China,whispering silently that we are not so far.

2020年改变了每一个人的生活，我的生活也没有例外。之前，我从来没在线上上过课，但因为疫情我们开始了线上网课。我很高兴在这样的情况下，还能有机会在家学习，我很感谢学校努力给我们创造这样的机会继续学习并督促我们收到新的知识。疫情让我发现：我很爱自己的学校，在校的朋友，老师和周围的环境。我真的很想念中国石油大学！尽管疫情也给我带来长时间在家跟父母，弟弟，朋友相处的机会，有可能未来我再也没有这样的机会在家呆这么久。
在这段时间我明白了一个很重要的道理：无论你在哪里，你要珍惜每一分钟，每一秒，因为你不知道这段时光什么时候会结束。所以我也不会焦虑，享受当下的生活，顺其自然，并努力线上学习。

I was lucky because of staying on campus during the epidemic.During the special time,I must say all the teachers were very helpful to cooperate with us;I also would like to thank our international office because of taking good care of us.Besides,I got the chance to know every corner of my university better and it feels me amazing.In China,the full moon symbolizes reunion,I really hope all students can come back and we can learn and play together as before.I really do like to take the class in our classroom.

我不知道是什么时候就爱上了北京的秋天。秋天来了，不是夏天那种的闷闷热热的感觉，也不是冬天那种冷寒的日子，秋天总是给人带来一种舒适的感觉，不热不冷，就是凉快的。秋天的时候，处处都是黄色，与天空的蓝色遥相呼应，真是一幅美丽的风景。本来很想拍很多照片但因为疫情无法返校，这几张照片是我去年拍的，还算是有一个美好的纪念，以后回到学校一定要多看看这美丽的校园秋景。
真希望可以早点回中国，回北京，回学校！

COVID-19 pandemic situation all around the world hits all aspects of our living real hard,including myself.I,who has just graduated recently from the university in Indonesia,had to face the whole different way to study and pursue my Master Degree in CUPB where I have to do everything online!Many confusions we are facing,from how to register,contact the supervisor,selecting classes,and so on.But regardless of those confusions,I feel a good support from all elements of CUPB despite we haven't really meet in person.
The situation to have online classes gives me chance to explore more about nature around me.As a geosciences student,it is the best way to learn about it by wandering the nature itself.I use this pandemic situation well by exploring the nature.Recently,I visited Merapi Mt.,the most active volcano in the world,along with its beautiful savanna and nice outcrops around me.I feel lucky because I feel that learning by doing is the best way to learn.
But anyway,it is still my biggest hope to feel the warmth of CUPB soon.Really looking forward to see you all.

在9月20日，我在中国石油大学2020级新生入学典礼上代表留学生发言，并且非常自豪的成为了一名石大人。我在典礼上聆听了张来斌校长的讲话，透彻地理解了“志不求易者成，事不避难者进”的精神,了解了中国石油大学在北京，东营，两地建校的历程，明白了哪里有石油，哪里就有石大人的为祖国献石油的精神。典礼后，我积极地和老师沟通交流，充分利用图书馆的资源，找到并确定了我的研究方向。我会努力学习石油的相关知识，把在中国学到的文化，美德，科技传播到我的国家，为中国和也门的友谊贡献自己的一份力量。
